Excellent
I've only made a few dishes from this book but I've read through all of them and it is so much fun. Bethenny provides amazing substitutions for foods you may not always have in your house or food that you don't like. The recipes are all simple and none are too terribly time-consuming. It's wonderful because they're filling and delicious but still healthy/healthier and you can eat your fill without feeling guilty or overwhelmed. It's a great read and I recommend it for anyone who wants to start cooking. It's great for beginners because the recipes are not hard and they're easy to learn the basics of cooking from.

A Great Lifestyle Change
This is a great book for anyone who is ready to eat right, but still enjoy food. Her first book outlined the guidelines, which she reviews in this book, but the recipes are simple, delicious and healthy. WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR? And best of all, she encourages you to use food you already have in your house. She gives you many alternatives. It's great. A long time coming.

Great recipes.
If you're looking for low cal food that will fill you up, this is a great book to read for that. I found a lot of really good recipes.

Kitchen time made practical and enjoyable!
It's an easy to read 'how-to' book that reads as if the author were in the kitchen with you.

Logical view of Food - Fabulous...and much needed! : )
For the first time ever...logical relationship with food...exactly what every man, woman, child, school and food lobbyist needs to learn & practice. Complete logic in a very truthful and completely entertaining format. Thanks so much for being you and for putting yourself out there, Bethenny! This is a must read selection for anyone who has ever been on a diet, is addicted to food, struggles with guilt or willpower - Bethenny gives you the tools to look at your food world in a different and kind way. Be good to yourself...buy, (and you have to read them!) ALL of her books...now! Run...go!
