Very entertaining, but not a lot happens

Like every other volume where Kyoko is just starting a job, not a lot happens in this volume. However, not a lot happening is not the same thing as saying that this volume is boring or unnecessary. If you've read as far as volume 30, there is nothing in this volume that is going to stop you from continuing. Actually this volume reveals more important details about Ren's past and further clarify the whole "murderer" thing.
Ren and Kyoko's relationship continues to inch along, although a major development is made by then end in that Kyoko is finally starting to suspect that Ren is mentally/emotionally struggling with something and is not always acting when he should be.
As always this volume is extremely entertaining and has plenty of comedy, although overall these are more serious chapters. Murasame (Ren's new co-star) is a lot of fun and it will be interesting to see how he acts in later chapters!
