    Helpful, but nothing extra than what's in Baby 411

    I guess I had higher hopes & thought I would be getting something more than I already read in Baby 411, as well as perhaps info for toddlers. But no... It does have a nice review of the different sleep methods out there- objective as well as offers their opinions of these methods.
