I like a lot of the stuff in here - the advice is comprehensive, and I love Jillian's tone.   Overall, I think it's a helpful guide for retooling your life to get where you want to go, weight-wise.
I did not notice any problems with Nook formatting.
As a scientist, however, I did take issue with the ways that some of the information is presented. While some peer-reviewed scientific publications are cited at the end of the book, many pieces of advice are given in a way that suggest they have strong scientific support, when in fact, that support does not exist.  No decent scientist would rely on the results of a single, un-reproduced study as evidence in support of a theory, in particular when a greater number of studies shows the opposite conclusion!  That is just not how science works.   One example: there is no scientific consensus that aspartame consumption "erode(s) intelligence".  (The reference for this in the book seems to be a dead URL to a media website.)   There also is a big difference between correlation and causation that seems to go over the author's head at times. Further, some facts are just outright wrong, such as "Most farmed fish are genetically modified."  No GM fish are being sold for human consumption at this time!  None, zero, nada (but this could change in 2013). Because some of the scientific "facts" are wrong or misinterpreted in the section of the book where I have scientific training and expertise, it makes me wonder about the quality of the information in other sections.
As a consumer, I agree with most of the advice in the book about avoiding artificial and processed foods and choosing organic, local goods as much as possible. Food tastes better that way and these production methods are way better for the environment (and more sustainable).   But I found some of the scientific evidence presented in the book to be weak and some claims to be hyperbole or outright wrong.
I feel the need to speak out in my review because the general public's acceptance of claims not supported by scientific evidence routinely gets us into trouble (i.e., anti-vaccination campaigns).   There ARE scientifically "right" and "wrong" answers on these issues - let's choose what to be afraid of and what to avoid based on objective knowledge, not feelings.

I love everything Jillian Michaels and mean everything but this

I love everything Jillian Michaels and mean everything but this book was not that great. It was confusing and all over the place. It never focused on one area and or followed through with it. As soon as you learned something it pushed you on to the next subject. I'm returning it back to target today. But if i see another Jillian Michaels book I will still buy it and try it out. I have get first three books proudly on my shelf. I love her.
