Sobering Facts the Media Elite Cannot Deny
Goldberg uses much of the book to restate his conclusions reached in his book Bias.
As I listened to the book I stopped periodically and checked on a number of statements he presented as facts. I found his research to be dead-on. In spite of his condemning research, Goldberg does remain forgiving of the guilty parties in the media. They are much less forgiving of him. His research makes it easy to understand the failure of several large newspapers in recent months. He offers constructive solutions to the media bias issue.4 out of 6 people found this review helpful.

How do those grapes taste?
If you're reading this, you've probably just lost the election. Goldberg has a hard time with losing. So much so he'd like to pin the whole thing on the liberal media, even though he pops up on Fox News more than anyone who's not an employee. America made their choice, not because CNN or MSNBC misrepresented the truth or gave Obama more air time, but because of his ideas. Should we believe we could be so easily manipulated by our media outlets? I think most Americans get their news from a wide variety of sources and make their choices based on a collective of those outlets. But go ahead, please continue to blame the big bad liberal media. It's much easier than coming up with new ideas and solutions to our nations woes. Which, by the way, Mr Goldberg gave none.

Confirmation
A well-written, fact-quoting, confirmation of what many of us already know--Americans can no longer expect unbiased journalism in the media.

Highly recommended!
Ii lloved this book and agree wholeheartedly with Bernie Goldberg on the corruption of today's mainstream media, Bernie's style of writing made me wishing he'd write more books. He writes like he's having a conversation with you across a table at a restaurant! He comes across in a book the same way you hear his commentaries on TV....smart, truthful, insightful, and the added bonus of his off the cuff humorous side comments included!

Spot on
Jason, you say it is boring and biased? IThat pretty much discribes the media's attempt to protray 0bama as the second comind. Shrugging off the book as bitter is to ignore the geniune concerns of a large part of the population of this country. Polls done among media members show an overwhelming number are liberals. It shows. I seriously doubt you even read the book.
