    Great Book

    This is an excellent and very helpful book. The author gets right to the point wiht great tips to highlight and apply in many situations.

    If you're looking to something to apply to the sales process right now...

    There are great ideas for writing better emails, asking qualifying questions and how to speak with different levels of people within an organization. If you're looking for a book that's easy to read and has email and phone scripts with a variety of questioning techniques, then buy this. The author really knows her sales stuff and it's fun trying out the different techniques on my clients and prospects!
