This book is about healthy food in details. We all know that is important, but our busy schedule and day-to-day routine keep us from using a reasonable menu. The most part of healthy food recipes, proposed in the Internet and in some books, are not suitable for me – too much time they require. However, this book has unexpectedly simple advices how to stay young and healthy. Even if you have a few-minutes break, you can take one of those useful smoothies.
The other important moment is that proposed food and drinks are tasty. Being in good fit or weight loss doesn’t require eating disgusting or strange dishes. Here “healthy” really means “tasty”. Fruits and vegetables are in the main focus of Stephen Williams. He tells about their almost magical characteristics. I don’t really believe in so “panacea” and in the fact, that it could work so quickly, but it’s no doubt – eating fruits and vegetables are very useful for your heath. So, we all can try some of the “green drinks” recipes. And if we like it – it’s great, as they are easy and quick in preparation. I believe in such type of books you can use some percent of information and this will help to stay young and in a good mood.
