    Highly recommended

I teach K-5 students with learning disabilitites. They loved the illustrations and rhymes. We had a lot of fun making predictions and talking about what could happen of you spend all your time playing video games. The ending gave everyone a shock and surprise!! Thanks to Scott Langteau for a great book.

    Fantastic for young readers

The story is fascinating and fun. The graphics will surely appeal to todays "video game" generation. It has a fun ending that will appeal to the dark side of the children in your life.

    Quite different

Really sends a message to all the preschool gamers out there that this could be you. My 4 yr old grandson stated shutting off his ds, leap pad,and childs laptop alot sooner than he did before reading this book.Parents and grandparent ought to love it too.

    Very cute!

My boys & I loved it & thought it pretty funny. Only thing is even with the volume turned all the way up as far as it goes we could barely hear it being read to us.

We picked this book up from B&N. K loves this book! I guess

We picked this book up from B&N.
K loves this book! I guess because he likes to lay around and watch TV and he is scared that the couch will turn him into a blob. I myself LOVE this book as well and it has become one of our favorite books to read. We get a good laugh at knowing what is going to happen to Sofa Boy because he doesn't like to go outside.
K has now decided that he will not turn into Sofa Boy he is going to be outside more (which I think is awesome). If you are looking for a great and humorous read then you have to pick up Sofa Boy and find out what happens when he stays on the couch all the time.
