I have been a leadership facilitator for years and if you want to be a true leader and put your people on a path to excellence, then this book is for you! Anne Bruce and her co-authors, Brends Hampel and Ericka Lamont, demonstrate a strong link between the growth of individual employees and organizational growth. They drive home the importance of making a positive difference in the life of every employee so that each employee can in turn make a difference to the future of the organization. It's a straightforward, yet powerful, message. What I have found most helpful in "Solving Employee Performance Problems" are the specific, real-world tools for evaluating and managing Employees, the dozens of great sample conversation starters, and the proven four-step performance model for taking leadership to the next level!Was this review helpful?
