Great for Families trying to understand BPD

This is the best book on BPD, especially trying to explain to family and friends what is going on in our heads. After reading this book I have recommended it to my parents and my ex.

    A Great Help!

I've read several books on BPD and this one, which just came out, is far and away the best. Not only does it offer sound practical advice and information, but also the personal stories of BPD sufferers were very moving. There are sections in each chapter called Action Steps that gave me a 'road map' for coping and seeking help. For the first time in many years I feel that I understand the underlying causes of my illness and that there's hope for a normal life. I would also recommend it to those who think they might have BPD or are close to someone who does.

    Pick up this book!

This is clearly the best out there if you're looking to learn more about Borderline Personality Disorder. Very informative and easy to understand. Also check out Kreisman's other book, I HATE YOU DON'T LEAVE ME. If you're looking for a great book on BPD, look no further.
