    Would Not Recommend Buying This Here

    Terrible return process.

    I ordered this item 1 week ago, and it arrived defective. I'm okay with that as I assume there will always be defective items with these kinds of products, and it was just bad luck. However, the return process for ordering this item online at this website is completely ridiculous. I initiated a return 1 week ago, and I was told I would receive return instructions and RMA number via e-mail. After 1 week and several repeated calls, I have still not received any e-mail of the sort, and at this point do not expect to for quite some time. Everyone I have talked to at their customer support simply tells me to wait 1 more day. Seems like if you order here and receive a defective item, it will be months before you get a refund, if at all.
