Great Idea! So Easy.
This is a wonderful idea on making Southwest cuisine the easy way. Tried the Red Posole and the Turkey Stuffed Peppers already and they were a real hit. Every bite disappeared. And this from a family whose lived on the Mexican border all their lives! A lot of the recipes are just "dump and go," a few seem to require just a bit of preparation, but not much. Didn't like the way the book was made
The recipes and the photos looked interesting, but I didn't like the fact that the book would not lay flat on the counter while I was reading along. My favorite format is a spiral binding, but many cookbooks will lay nice and flat even without the spiral.Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
