I loved the unique characters in this story. I am so used to eve

I loved the unique characters in this story. I am so used to everyday jobs for characters- authors being among my favorite, but a Texas cowboy who flies planes and a plane designer are just a freaking awesome combination. Abbie is such a lovable character, especially when she’s on the ranch living Kyle’s life instead of the city life she is from. Kyle is equally intriguing with his Texanisms and use of terms like “fishie food” and “Girlie.”

Speed, Lust and A Second Chance is a really quick read and perfect to read outside on a hot sunny day or inside on a stormy day. The characters are lovable and original. And if you like a little steam, you’ll find that here too. The story has several original and fun sex scenes; it’s never too pornographic and always a fun setting. While lust may be something that is expected to develop when a male and female partner together, Abbie and Kyle find a lot more than just casual sex as they team together to try and win the Gran Prix title after the first plane race ends in a crash. As for if they stay together or win the Grand Prix in the end- well, read the book yourself to find out.
