    Basic instruction for Christians

As a home school mom and new Christian, my children and I read this book together during high school. Applying its lessons in prayer, worship, fasting, bible reading, perservance and such, we learned practical methods for 'how to' get to know the Lord. I recommend this book be in every Christian library. Scripture, quotes from early church fathers and sound instruction make this a book you'll refer to again and again; you'll share it with all your new Christian friends who ask 'How do I grow in my walk w/the Lord'?

A must read for anyone who wants a serious relationship with God

Read this book during a church leadership course. Out of the books, this one caused me to look inside and see what was missing. I truly enjoyed my time reading this book.
