Great addition to my cookbook library
This is a great cookbook for a home cook at any level to broaden the range of grains in their and their families' diet. Not only does this take advantage of the many health reasons to incorporate whole grains, especially for those on restricted diets, but also the variety and flavor these grains offer expands the usually menus in many ways for anyone. Now I don't hesitate to pick up any grain I see in the grocery stores, knowing I can look in this book and easily find something to prepare, usually with ingredients I have on hand. Includes basic cooking instructions for the different grains, and then simple and also more complex recipes. I will use this cookbook for years to come.Was this review helpful?
