Spring Evenings, Summer Afternoons; an Epicurean Delight
I purchased this tiny, yet beautifully illustrated cookbook not knowing what to expect. After preparing my first meal out of the book, I was hooked. I have prepared almost every recipe contained and have yet to be dissapointed. The recipes are delicious, full of flavor and not too difficult to prepare. One of our family favorites for a small dinner party is the 'Linguine with Smoked Salmon and Asparagus'. This has been a hit with everyone who has tasted this spring essential.
