    Awesome album

I love this album because I can sometimes relate to some of the situations that Casey sings about in his songs. His voice is really unique and I like that. His songs may be depressing and sad but they are powerful. I hope that he makes another album because I love this one and I can't wait until he releases another one if he is going to.

The Best Album I've ever bought

I simply love Casey's cd, Standing on the Edge. Some people may say that Casey's voice is somewhat femine, but I say that Casey has the most outstanding and most unique voice I've ever heard. So, just be open minded and accept Casey's beautiful voice. I know that I'm only one person, but I say that one person can make a lot of difference. I recommend this album to anyone that's looking for something new and fresh. I hope that listeners that may think that his voice is strange may be able to think differently and possitively towards him.

    Wow!

I totally love this cd! I can't stop listening to it! If you love Tori Amos, Sarah McLachlin, etc. you will love this album. I totally disagree with the critics who are saying it is overprocuced and the lyrics are depressing. My favorites tracks are Contagious and Ocean. I would love to hear him live!

    AMAZING

I purchased this album on a whim and boy, is it the best fouteen dollars I've spent in quite sometime. The music is like a great cup coffee should be, rich full-bodied and satisfying. The lyrics are vulnerable and naked, a refreshing and welcome change to the mass-produced pop sound of the latest blonde in a tube top. Mr. Stratton lets it all hang out here and invites the listener on a journey exploring all that it is to be human. His voice seduces the listener into a musical orgasm of sorts, leaving the listener breathless and wanting more. Here's hoping the record company continues to let him do his "thang" and surely, his future in the industry will be long just as his fans will be many.

    Standing at the Edge

I love Casey's high countertenor alto voice. I was surprised when I first heard him that he was a boy and not a girl. The song, "Bloom" made me cry because it was so beautiful.

    Casey Stratton...AMAZING!

Finally something fresh and unprecedented in the music world. I haven't heard anything like Casey before, which makes him a pleasure to listen to. He has a unqiue voice, somewhat haunting yet beautiful and enchanting at the same time. Casey is a prolific song writer. He reminds me of Tori Amos (Casey is awesome on the piano), Sarah Maclachlan, Bjork, and Radiohead. I'm positive you will love Casey Stratton. My fav songs are Blood, Contagious, and Bloom. Blood moves your body, contagious invokes a sense of warm nostalgia, while the pure beauty and raw emotion of Bloom will bring tears. I simply love this album, you will too.
