Makes Me Want Wings...

The beginning seems to be really choppy (and I'm not sure if it was the writing or the editing) but it picked up pretty quickly. I ended up not being able to put it down. It's a good read, especially since it was free.

Horrible

Girls that like talk like this like will love it! No way, shut up! On the other hand if your IQ is triple digits you may want to pass this up.

    Glad it was free

The main character was quite annoying. She behaved like a middle schooler instead of a graduating high school senior. Also, her friendship with jess and linds wasn't very developed and I was a little curious about the Josh character. Overall, predictable book without good relationship developments except that between the main character and Elis.

    Eh...

So far im very unimpressed. I feel like if i put this book down now (im in ch 5 or 6) i wouldnt even be sorry that i didnt finish it. It isnt going to keep me up at night wondering what happened to the characters. I feel that this far in i should be more invested in the outcome. Yes i realize its fantasy BUT if you are going to write about teens at least get it right.

    An unbelivable letdown

This book started with a good idea but the authors lack of knowledge about 1. how a teenage girl would react in situations, 2. how teenagers ACT in general and 3. how the WORLD WORKS!
The main character is a girl thats supposedly bullied (we never actually see this), has very 1 dimensinal reactions to life and frankly is an idiot. The fact that shes not human is both under appreciated and disregarded and NO ONE thinks to call the police when being harassed by the press?? This book is cute as somones attempt to write a story from a omnicient point of view but she should seriously try harder next time because this was underwhelming uncreative fail.
