Learning from the master
Maggie Casey presents a very old and classic tool for making the yarns you wish to spin for the knitting/weaving/crocheting project you have in mind. She has a wonderful demeanor and provides you with the inspiration to take that leap to "the dark side" of our society. The side that finds comfort and happiness in creating their own clothing. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

Makes Spinning Approachable
A very inviting and unintimidating book, Maggie Casey coaches the reader with gentle kindness through the process of hand spinning with a spindle as well as with a wheel. Her encouraging words instill a desire to study her clear photo demonstrations and truly learn this almost forgotten craft of our fore-mothers. This author has taken the 'scary' out of spinning and made it approachable. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
