    Great Reference for saving and storing food.

    A must for those who garden and like to store their own food. Invaluable reference. In addition to details provided on how to use underground storage, canning and drying, this book also has many useful recipies and gives tips on choosing fruits and vegetables to include vitamin content. There were also a number of really good ideas about utilizing underground storage. From least expensive (surrounding vegetables and fruits with straw) to most expensive (plans for several types of root cellars), this book left few if any stones uncovered when it came to saving food.
