Characters you can cheer for; writing you'll love

You don't need to be a civil war buff to enjoy this book. Mrazek has written a story that will last, filled with indelible characters set in a fast paced and very exciting storyline. Pass this one on to friends of all ages.

    CAPTIVATING

Wow! What a great book. I am not very big on reading, but this captivated me and I couldn't put it down. I recomend this book to anyone who just enjoys a good story.

    Made me love reading

This book which unbeleiveably draws you in, made me realize that there are good books out there. Before I read Stonewall's Gold, I all but refused to read any thing that wasn't Louis L'Amour. I now enjoy such authors as J.R.R Tolkein (although I always loved The Hobbit), C.S. Lewis (once again, already liked some of his books), and even Herman Mellville (if that's how you spell it). I reccomend this book to all.

    Excelent

This is an exelent way to show an example of the life in the confederated states, and how an oldman changes the way of life of this boy whom father was killed on war.
