Samantha Hunter delivers another enjoyable read. The heroine was stubborn and sassy, the hero stubborn and sexy. An interesting sub-plot shows up now and again as well. The biggest problem with the book is that there just wasn't enough time to develop all the characters and situations. I'd love to see this as a longer length novel. Great for a beach read, or by the fire, or snuggled with your honey!

    Great read

I enjoyed this book very much. The hero and heroine have great chemistry. I liked that the heroine was strong, capable yet sweet. Liked her character a lot. Worth reading. ##

    more from this reviewer

Love sexy strong willed women? Love SEALS? Read this!

If you love strong women who are sexy and can handle weapons..read this story. Joanna Wyatt, US Marshall takes a little hand smacking from her boss and is put on duty to watch a possible witness. And if you love SEAL's...mmmm....keep reading! Ex-US SEAL Ben Callahan owns a roadhouse and hires Joanna to wait tables. The characters intertwine so well, the banter, the chemistry, the flow of the words. Sexy, hot, and every other adjective for spicy that I could come up with, would do well. There's danger of the real kind and danger of combustion. There's a twist that I didn't suspect (well done!) and a happy ever after ending. My favorite kind! Read..you'll truly enjoy!
