Stranded (Ivy Malone Series #4)

A great light read.

This book continues the antics of Ivy Malone as she solves another murder. The book is full of humor and intrigue. I loved all the books in the series.

Ivy Malone Series

The Ivy Malone series are wonderfully entertaining. Nice clean mysteries that the character always seems to be fall into. Has a nice subtle Christian foundation without being in your face religious. My daughter and I thoroughy all of them.

Enjoyed the quick read. This mystery series is light and enjoyable. Recommend to anyone who enjoys mysteries but would like something not so "blood and gory."

I enjoyed all the Ivy Malone series and hope there willbe more.

Better yet!

I think Ms. McCourtney has the characters and the events well thought-out now, and this time "who done it" was not entirely who I expected. This was a nice surprise - I look forward to reading more in this series and more books by this author.

Her Ivy Malone series casts a refreshing light on those of us who have reached or exceeded 'retirement age' but we're not ready for assisted living yet! There's a lot of living still to do and a lot of action still going on, perhaps just at a slower pace, If you enjoy a light mystery, with just the right blend of danger and romance for a mature reader, you should sit down and meet Ivy Malone and her friends. I think you'll be happy you did.

I loved the characters in this book. The mystery seemed predictable, and I was suspecing quite a few people, but I didn't figure it out correctly until late in the book. A mystery that isn't entirely predictable is a good one in my opinion. The books in the series were each quite different too. They were definitely linked, they fit well together, but they each were different enough to make them interesting. It's time to see what else this author has written! Judging by this series, I've found a new favorite author.

Good read for those of us who wish to be transported into the plot and hope to unravel it. McCourtney writes well and keeps it clean. No sex,profanity or messy scenes makes for a great read that entertains, relaxes and makes you feel a part of the story. Bring us more. Thanks for the enjoyment of your Ivy series

Loved this Series!!

As I read this book, Ivy reminded me of my Grandma. She too traveled across country and was definitely a nosy "LOL". The stories she told when her and her husband came to visit were amazing. I swear she must have interrogated everyone they met, because she could tell you anything and everything about anyone they came across. :) So reading these series made me 'laugh out loud' on several occasions considering it was easy to see my grandmother doing what Ivy did!! Please continue this series! Such a great author!!

I enjoyed reading STRANDED, but it didn't hold my interest as much as other mysteries. I can't put my finger on the problem - - I've read better.
