Strategic Communication in Business and the Professions
I found this book very helpful in conjunction with the college course I took, Organizational Communication. It included topics of everyday matters in the workforce, such as listening skills, verbal and nonverbal skills, leadership and management skills, interviewing, and fundamentals of group communication. The book was very easy to follow and understand, especially because it used "real world" examples. The chapters were very well organized and detailed, allowing for a full understanding of the topics discussed. This book was also helpful because it included content that was up-to-date in this always-changing business world.
