Great book! Highly recommended for those in high tech involved in product strategy, specifically how to decide the critical decision of what to bring to market. Great companion piece to Reid Watts' "The Slingshot Syndrome", which graphically describes and analyzes how badly things can go wrong with these types of decisions.
