Save your money
What a shock. I bought this assuming it was strength exerices I could do on my ball. It shows 182 pages and granted I'm only at 26. So far nothihg except stories on the book. I've reached page 48 and still sotries and no exercises. By page 58 I've learned to breathe and heard a lot of stories and a brief description and pic of one exercise. Save your dollars.
