A great book for dealing with life's little 'disasters'

Stressed is a wonderful book for breaking the momentum or anxiety of any tense moment, whether at work, home... anywhere! It is calm and relaxed, fun and engaging, and its stories are capable of transporting you to an altered state of mind. Good for calm moments too!

Better than the Wizard of Oz!

While my parents were on vacation in July, my childhood home was hit by a huge storm, and four mighty 50 year old spruce trees my dad planted long ago were uprooted and hit their house. As my folks were mourning their losses and digging out from under the debris, I gave my heartbroken 84 year old dad a copy of STRESS IS DESSERTS SPELLED BACKWARDS. He loved it! He's often mentioned how much it helped him cope with the long, drawn out home repair process and see the light at the end of the tunnel. Eminently readable, this book was the perfect gift

    A Gourmet Read

I sat down to read a story and read the entire book. This Author is brilliant in his ability to weave the human experience and the emotions from those experiences into story form. When I closed the book I realized I am not alone in my day to day challenges, but more important, I realized I have within me a source of strength and power to overcome any of life's problems.I have found this book to be a constant reminder that I can overcome and when I have an overwhelming day I simply open the book and find just the right story to bring me affirmation of the joy of life to be lived every moment. It is simply how we choose to use our wonderful inner light to shine onto our sometimes outer darkness. I hope to see more books by this Author, he writes from great passion.
