Not a book about dieting; it's more about the good sense of eating healty and living better
We've all seen and heard about the food pyramid. We know what it is and have a sense of what it means, but this concise book shows the reader how to (no pun intended) digest it and put it to use in making good food choices for healthy eating. It all makes sense ... and what makes this book different from other diet books (from dieticians, physicians or other so-called experts) is that the author writes it in such a way that one can easily relate to it. It's her personal experiences, but it might as well be ours. Bravo -- and good recipes, too. I'm going to try the cookies this weekend. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
