Love her writing, love her efficiency. She resets my nervous system inside of 3 minutes. Some of my favorite exercise: How to apply sprint/recovery to your daily workflow so that you face your family at 6pm with 30% more energy. How to get along with difficult people, and focus on your own impeccable 50%. Leverage horizon points. Just great stuff. My only lament is that I need more books from this woman, and fast. She has the solutions we all need to wrangle stress and cortisol, so it doesn't wrangle our minds, telomeres, health, and skin. Buy this book. Highest recommendation.
