Not a how-to guide book
Not what I was expecting. It was mostly about O'Connell's personal journey away from sugar with research information sprinkled here and there. There wasn't really a "how to stop eating so much sugar" recommendation. I know (we all know) about the dangers of sugar and highly refined carbs. Guess I was looking for someone to guide me away from these things without feeling like I was giving up my life. Still, for what it was, there was some good information.
