An Encyclopedia of Superfoods!
I haven't even finished this book yet, but it has been worth every penny! It has been broken down into sections so that you can skip, come back to parts or just read it cover to cover. I started to feel that it was a bit redundant at times, but that is because the properties that make such foods "super" are similar for many of them.
What I found to be especially useful, was that it didn't just tell you why or how a superfood is so healthy for you, but it tells you how to obtain them, prepare them and many times, how to store them properly. Seeing as how I really didn't have a background in nutrition or cooking or even eating healthy, I found that this was an extremely useful part. I can't wait to get to the recipes section!
