Excellent choice!!!
This is a great book to learn about which foods will help you be healthier and feel better. The book is well organized. After detailing why the food has been deemed a superfood Dr. Pratt offers easy suggestions on how to add it into your diet. There are also recipes in the back of the book. Dr. Pratt gets how busy our lives are and highlights very simple ways to become healthier and prevent disease.
This book has helped me incorporate healthier choices into my diet. I feel so much healthier!2 out of 2 people found this review helpful.
