    Story contest entry

Hi my names cristina alex shapiro i have long thick straight dark brown hair and olive skin. My two best friends names are hanna matsukowa and sarah row. We three were ordinary people. Or so we thought. It all started on the first day of 6th grade i put on my carefully selected clothes and minimal makeup and went downstairs. I grabbed a pancake off tbe table and hopped on the bus. At recess my bffs and i hanna and sarah went out to the big feild outside our school. In the field a hole appeared that hadnt been there last year. We all sat around it and started talking. Last year we had figured out we were not normal people. We had kept having dreams and visions. One particular night i had a dream. Aphrodite the greek goddess was holding a little baby while zeus looked at it and said oh my baby christina adoringly. Then hera appeared. She yelled at zeus and aphrodite. What do you think you are doing she said you two have had a child i am going to curse this child as long as it lives it shall never be able to be claimed by you and shall live as a demigod. With no idea who its parents are she left in a cloud of green smoke. Then my dream changed. I saw me hanna and sarah. Sitting on a picnic bench we asked sarah are you ready. Yes she said and jumped into a hole. She fell through the hole and lamded at the feet of a evil lookin beautiful woman. Her red hair flowed in ripples down her back she had perfect skin and cold hard eyes. Her mouth was turned down into a sneer. My lady scarlett sarah said bowing. Are you ready to follow through with our plan sarah? Asked scarlett yes she said. Suddenly there was a flash and in the place of sarah and the lady there was a new person. She had pale browb hair pulled int a bun and blue eyes that shone with a cold light. She was wearing a beautiful teal dress that was tight fitted untill it got to her knees and then it pooled arounf her feet in a puddle of silk. Then i woke up. At school i told hanna and sarah my dream. Everything is clearer they said you were the baby in your dream christina. I have theory hanna said. We all have doubles in a different world and sarahs double is scarlett shes going to try and join forces with sarah to rule the world. What i dont get is how scarlett and greek stuff is connected. Suddenly the hole that we were sitting around fturned into a tunnel that went straight down we all fell in screaming as we got closer to the bottom i could see rock. We were goung to fall on it and possib
