Highly recommended - easy for beginners!!
This was bought to be part of a fund-raising raffle basket full of kitchen/cooking items...the theme was "Hot in the Kitchen"

I don't know who won this basket, but when people were looking at the contents to decide if they wanted to purchase tickets, they were really excited to see the Sushi kit in there. Most people in my area are really into Sushi, so this was a great addition to get them to start learning to make their own. -

Great book for beginners!
My Husband hgas already made me Sushi and it was great. Looks nice and is very helpful.
