    I ate sushi at home

I loved this book, I was laughing all the way too the Asian market, all I have to say is that IF you cant use this book, you need to find a 6 year old to explain it to you.I loved this book and it was so entertaining.

    Good Book

Bought this because I was taking a Sushi class and wanted to get a head start. Finished it in one day and have already made sushi before going to class. Well worth getting if you like sushi.

    It's all about the rice

After many attempts making sushi at home, I gave up. I had great ingredients, but could never get the rice right; too dry, too sticky, no flavor, too much flavor. So when I saw this title, I knew this book was my answer to my sushi-making frustration. Everything I've made so far has turned out perfect: Spicy Tuna Hand Rolls, California Inside-Out Rolls, and the impressive-looking (and delicious) Shrimp Finger Sushi. I can't wait to try each and every recipe.

    Sushi Demystified!

Finally, a book that takes the guesswork out of making sushi! The authors explain everything you need to know to make and enjoy sushi. I learned a lot about sushi bar etiquette and ordering, so I no longer feel insecure when going to a sushi bar. Highly recommended!
