    Very interesting

Interesting I have tried some of the recipes that I have eight a long time ago and I can say I have enjoyed the meals once more.
This recipe book is well-written, easy to use, and worth owning as far as my experience with cooking some of the meat of the South.

I appreciate the author for making this book possible, to bring back memories of the South.

    Very informative

I was pleasantly surprised at how informative this 43 paged cookbook, laced with Cajun History, was. Loved the wonderful video commentary throughout.

If you are a fan of the Swamp People, you will really enjoy this. The recipes are interesting and can easily be adapted to less adventuous appetites, i.e., chicken instead of alligator. I plan on making the Honey Pecan Pie for Thanksgiving. All the recipes are in the Cajun spirit of cooking, but like I said, are easily adaptable. Chef John Folse is the provider of the recipes, so I am confident they will come out great.

The icing on the cake; it's free!
