his heated erotic romance is fast-paced
Nathan and his friend Micah make love to the blindfolded Julie. When he reveals what he did, she decides to give him a taste of female strength using handcuffs to dominate him. Gentle under her control, afterward he admits to Julie he loves her, but she flees having been hurt by love before. He will have to persuade her that they belong together one dominating but gentle stroke at a time.
This heated erotic romance is fast-paced from the opening blow job to the final BDSM seduction. Julie is a wonderful protagonist who knows what she wants though a submissive and goes out to get it; Nathan is the one who vows to never to be tamed but though a dominant Julie has him figuratively tied in knots. Although the couple's relationship never fully gels outside the boudoirs, fans will knows it's safe to bet the House (see SWEET PERSUASION) on Maya Banks providing an enjoyable hot read.

his heated erotic romance is fast-paced
From the first time salon owner and masseuse Julie Stanford gave him a massage to the last one with a crowning finish she has wanted Nathan Tucker. However, he either is blind or gay as he ignores her seductive endeavors even when she makes him come in her mouth. Deciding she has had enough with frustration, Julie visits the House so her sexual fantasy of doing two men can be at least satiated.

Hot, erotic reading.
Sweet Seduction is just that--about seduction. I thought the premise was fun and the erotica hot, two elements that make a good story good for me. I will definitely recommend this one to friends.

The Tigress Captures Her Prey!!!
Julie Stanford is a No-nonsense, Invincible, Free-Spirited, Hellcat. She's witty, basically saying whatever comes to mind at any given time; hilarious as hell; and undoubtedly a BAD-A** MOFO! MY KIND OF GIRL!!
ABOVE ALL SHE'S THE ULTIMATE CHALLENAGE TO EVERY SINGLE MALE WITHIN A 10 MILE RADIUS!!
However, she has decided to snare her claws into Nathan Tucker, by literally throwing herself at him (Sweet Persuasion). Unfortunately for her, he scattered like a scared animal with its tail firmly stuck between his legs.
Julie owns a salon and has been involved with the "Sweet Series" since the very beginning (Sweet Surrender) being Faith's best friend, and has been attracted to Nathan since she first laid eyes upon him. Being able to view his half naked body while giving him several messages was an ADDED BONUS. To rub her soft, gentle palms and outstretched fingers onto the dips and mountains of muscles along his massive back. To have him squirm for release with every electrified nerve ending lit ABLAZE, about to EXPLODE under her PERSUASIVE TOUCH.
Poor Nathan, for he has NO idea how seductive Julie could actually be, and he tries his damnedest to TAME THIS WILD SENSUAL MINX, to finally STAKE CLAIM to her as NO OTHER has done before. Yet Julie is NOT the passive obliged type, he's going to have to HOG TIE HER DOWN & STRAP HER DERRIERE to the bed before she'll ever SUCCUMB TO HIM.
Before entering the BEWITCHING WORLD that Ms. Banks has created with the "Sweet Series," I initially read the synopsis for this novel on the bookstore's website, and I was immediately convinced this was going to be a PHENOMENAL BOOK. Yet I was ONLY going to purchase this book and NOT the others; however, I'm extremely grateful I didn't make that boneheaded move. For I needed to discover the background of these dynamic characters, and uncover what they represented toward their own storylines. Each one of them willing to succumb to the LUSTFUL/SINFUL SATISFICATIONS their relationships provided. To be able to TIGHTLY BIND the EMOTIONAL CONNECTION as well, is UNDOUBTEDLY MAGNIFICENT & BEAUTIFUL!!
I was EXTREMELY INTRIGUED, and FASCINATED with this novel. I'm DYING to read Micah's Story, for he's literally been INVOLVED with EVERY WICKED, GRAND SEXCAPADE THROUGHOUT ALL THREE NOVELS THUS FAR. I'm CURIOUS to ascertain his WELL HIDDEN MYSTERIES & DEMONS, revealing what lies just above the surface.
WELL DONE MS. BANKS THIS NOVEL DESERVES WELL BEYOND A 10 STAR RATING!!1 out of 1 people found this review helpful.

okay...
This book was an okay read. I would describe it as a "filler" book. It follows up on the first two but also puts Julie and Nathan together. Not that exciting the sex gets to be repetitive and semi-boring. But you need to read this book just so you know what happens and it gives a prelude into the next story about Micah. So not great or exciting but needed to get the full blow of the series.

Okay
This book was okay. Characters were great plot was good and steamy, but it was way too wordy. Felt like I was reading a soap opera. I could skip a page and they were still talking about the same thing. There was one sceen that didn't even need to be in there! Would have been so much better if it was a bit shorter

Good Book/Good Series
I loved this book. The series just keep getting better. I love the characters are carried over into each book and developed more. I have Micah's story on pre-order. Hoping there will be a story for Carter. I love Maya Banks, the lady can write hot steamy books. My husband enjoys the fringe benefits of me reading her books! Thanks Maya, keep them coming. No pun intended!

Sweet Series is soooo much fun
This is honestly a fun series that I enjoy and always look forward to the next one. I love how Julie ends up the one who is hard to get. Nathan is some what slow for many men his age. But the intense moments they both level up ; ) This is a fun and naughty series. Love hearing about all the previous charaters. I cant wait for Micah's book!!!!

Another winner for Maya!
I have been waiting for this book to come out from Maya's series. Even though it has been months since I read her other book, she takes you right back in to all of the characters. It is a definite page turner, and if you have read her other books in the series, you will not be disappointed!

A Classic Romance
Julie wants Nathan and has ever since their first meeting. Nathan wants Julie, too. Unfortunately, he reverts into a tongue-tied teenager whenever she's around. After dropping countless clues of her attraction, Julie decides she's had enough. She'll show Nathan exactly what he is missing, then move on. The problem is, Nathan will do anything to stop that "moving on" from happening.
This is not the story of a dark, dangerous hero nor a heroine with a traumatic past that she must overcome. This is the story of a strong woman who knows who she is and what she wants, and the average (but extremely hot) man that loves her. And the lengths he'll go to for that love.
A simple but truly beautiful romance with Maya Banks' trademark steaminess, this is one of my favorite books of the year.1 out of 1 people found this review helpful.

This is the third book in the series, and of the series so far it is my least favorite. That said, I really liked this book a lot.

Generally, I find that most books that I would label as erotic have a very flimsy storyline, very one dimensional characters in between all of the very steamy sex scenes. And I must admit there are times that a story like that fits my mood just fine- a quick, hot read.
Ms. Banks, however, offers a hot story with fun, funny, interesting characters. The secondary characters are just as interesting as the main characters. I loved how she added to the stories of Faith & Gray and Serena & Damon in this book, while also giving a better peak at Micah, Pop, and Conner. I'm really hoping those three will have stories of their own, including Pop.
So far in this series, Ms. Banks has done a wonderful job of writing different stories with very different cahracters. Each book in the series is not just a regurgitation of the previous books. In this book Nathan is certainly not the alpha male that the men of the other boosk are. I really do love my alpha males, but I appreciated that Nathan was different. He was a big teddy bear who saw a woman he wanted and had no idea how to go after her. Julie was no submissive as her friends from the previous books are. These differences really worked for these two characters.
I'm hoping Micah's story is next, since it was hinted at so strongly. I can't wait to see what happens next.

Absolutely loved it!
I've read the whole Sweet series and loved every one of them! I love the flow and continuation of characters from one book to the next. Great characters and stories, and of course, really hot sex that only Maya can write. I feel like I know them really well. Don't know if there is another planned in this series, but I hope so.

Good story
I enjoyed this story of Julie and Nathan. There is no predominant danger lurking to add to the plot. So to balance the story we also get to hear some more about the relationships between Faith and Gray, and also Serena and Damon(from the previous "Surrender" books). Those parts of the story helped me to understand more about the unusual dynamics of their relationships. The book also leaves us very much want to read the next book which deals with Micah, who has the darkest past and kinkiest desires of all of them. Looking forward to it.

This was a fun book for an erotica!
This was a very entertaining read. Julie certainly gave Nathan a chase worth while to read. It was sweet, humorous, and down-right sexy hSow these two interated in this book. Out of Bank's Sweet series, I liked this one out of all of them because of the fun factor. Bank's has superiour writing skills in erotica! :)

Great Characters
You will want to have read the two previos books in the series in order to be familiar with the secondary characters in this one. They added a lot to this story, too. Julie is not submissive (by any stretch), so the BDSM elements are more subdued here. The romance is far too believable :-). I do think the chapter with Micah alone would have been better suited as a teaser at the end of the book rather than smack dab in it. That's my only complaint. Otherwise, this book was everything I've come to hope for from Maya Banks.

Wow
I love Ms Banks' books. This was one of her best as far as I'm concerned. It started off interesting and kept me up very late to finish the book. Her characters are interesting and Julie and Nathan were lovable and funny and hot. If there was a real Nathan - I'd love to meet him. I look forward to more of Maya Banks' books.

JULIE WANTS A FANTASY, AND GETS MORE THAN SHE BARGAINS FOR WITH NATHAN.
Julie has been after Nathan for a long time, and is determined to get his attention one way or another, and boy does she ever. Nathan is glad he's bald or he'd have pulled out all his hair already because Julie is driving him crazy. Serena and Faith have been trying to get Julie to just tell the man she wants him, but Julie is determined to do this her way. Nathan has noticed Julie, but he's tongue tied around her, and when she gives him a final massage and fires him as her client, he tries like hell to get her back. The whole cat and mouse games Julie and Nathan play are incredibly fun throughout the book, and it is such a fun read. I just loved it and all of Maya Banks' books are great reads. The movement and fluid story line are great there aren't low moments in the stories, that bore you to tears, and the flow of the story keeps you entertained from page one to the last page. The only thing I don't like about Maya Banks' books, is that they end. I really hope others enjoy them as much as I do. I think Micah's story might be next.
