Excellent

Enjoyed this will probably read the second book, but then I'll have to wait for the third, so maybe not. Getting tired of everything being a trilogy. What's wrong with just writing one book, start to finish, that covers the whole story? Oh yeah, I forgot, greed

Just because it's for kids doesn't mean it doesn't have to be well-written. Too many "somehow I just knew" and convenient circumstances. Ugh.
