    A fun book and working model. Very worthwhile!

    This package includes an interesting book giving great background and history of the catapult and other weapons of mass destruction (at least of those times). It also lightly covers the engineering of such devices. It's a delightful read.

    The book has many other projects to build - other seige weapons. Though you must provide your own materials.

    The wooden catapult model is fun ro build and works well at flinging small objects across the room. It's easy to build, and can be done in about 30 minutes.
