Our favorite fairy is back and keeps you on the edge of your seat for the entire book. I was looking forward to this book after reading "To Kill A Warlock" and I must say it was worth the wait! You really took me on ride of pain and suffering...Dulcie was incredible and I can't wait for her third book! HP Mallory is a fabulous writer and storyteller. She definitely has a talent for making you lose yourself in her books!
I can't wait to know what Knight's secret is...

    Story Still Lagging

This book still seemed rather slow and I still felt the lack of substance as in the 1st book. Dulcie's tough girl persona also gets annoying after a while. The sexual tension between her and Knight is redundant to where it gets mundane. I'm not really feeling the tv crime show vibe this series is giving me. The only thing keeping my interest at this point is learning more about Knight's kind, the Lokis.

    Good book!

Enjoyed the book, the humor is great & you have all the ingrediants for a good book: laughter, drama & romance! Quick easy read!

Spoiler: It does get very tiresome that EVERY male has the hots for Dulcie. The other thing I was hoping was that her & her partner not Knight, while he is disgusting would have more of a working relationship. It seems as if Ms. Mallory doesn't know how to make characters friends when they are of the opposite sex.
