My thoughts…

Going into this book I knew that Drew Evans was arrogant and a womanizer. What I didn't know upon reading this was the fact that he's also a first class prick. To be honest I didn't really care for the guy to begin with. He was very demeaning towards women. He basically treated them as if they held absolutely no value other than to service him and his sexual needs. Having said those things about Drew doesn't mean that I eventually didn't come to like the guy.

Katherine. I loved Katherine from the beginning. She doesn't put up with Drew's crap and stands her ground where he's concerned. When I say he's finally met his match that's putting it lightly and I really enjoyed this aspect. I really liked her. Her character is very strong and I couldn't help but admire her.

Tangled is written in Drew's POV and while this is something new to me in my reading endeavors it was interesting to read. It was enlightening to see how the male mind works to say the least.

For the most part Tangled was a pretty good read. It's rich with emotions and parts of it are funny and I found myself LOL'ing several times, but the religious references within the dialogue left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think it's necessary to say Goddamn or Jesus Christ over and over and over again. It really doesn't add anything to the story in any way and I felt is was unnecessary, but that's just my personal opinion.

The sexual scenes within Tangled are really hot and well written. The chemistry between these two was off the charts. Slowly but surely Drew changes throughout the book and I found myself starting to root for him and Katherine. I wanted them to come together and when they did it made for some hot and steamy reading.

Overall I enjoyed Tangled. The plot made for an interesting read and I'm glad that things worked out for Drew and Katherine in the end. I think Katherine was good for Drew. She made him change his way of thinking and eventually he came to see that women were more than a piece of ass and should be loved, cherished and most of all respected.

wow, Drew was just a jerk. He is totally douchy and owns it in a very immature way. I would expect him to be 22 or something, not a rich executive. The scenes were hot, but I couldn't get past his jerk behavior/attitude.

the religious swearing got in the way

I think the book was an innovation written on the man's point of view. It was witty, sexy and could have been a success if not for all the religious swearing pervading the book. It was so repetitive and uncalled for at times, I started wondering if the author was on a crusade or something...
