Dance through your own tapa making!
What an unusual idea! Put a C.D. with inspirational music into a cookbook. The music is fun and while you shake your booty you are happily making and sampling authentic Spanish tapas. Great for a neighborhood get-together, cocktails or afternoon glass of wine. I lived in Spain and this cookbook took me back to a fun and carefree time in Madrid - barhopping through tapas bars, tasting the specialties of the house and sampling the rich wines of the region. Buy and enjoy.

I found the receipes that were very easy to prepare, I also like to substitue ingredients. My first foray into the book was the asparagus wrapped in serrano ham ( I substituted prosciutto & shredded Parmigiano Cheese. My guests just raved about
They were very easy to prepare and only required very little time. I saw a few other receipes I'll be trying and also making substitutions. This book can help you prepare many dishes for a simple gathering of friends and plenty of delicious items to consume.
