    easy and fast!

    if you want to make meals ahead of time this is the book for you- its a great way to save money at the grocery store.

    Highly Recommend for busy moms!

    I started to freezer cook several years ago when family life got crazy with activities and working full time. I love this cook book and some of our family favorites came from this book.. If you want to make meals in batches so you have meals prepared in the freezer- this book is Really worth it to have as a reference!!

    Time-saving for expecting moms or busy working people!

    I really appreciated not only the initial how-to recipes for immediate cooking, but also the how-to freeze and re-heat instructions for optimal storage and taste.

    I recently gave this as a gift for an expectant mother because she wanted to find a good cookbook with make-ahead and freeze recipes. She was very grateful to receive this and loves it!
