The Tell Tale Heart by Edgar Allan Poe, tells a story of a man who cares for an elder, believing he is not mad, but is thoroughly disturbed of the old man's eye. Becoming dedicated and driven to destroy it. He goes through the horrific journey of an insane murder to get rid of the devil-like eye. Will he end caught, or will he get off scot free? The story in my opinion was great! I would recommend it to every middle school and high school student. If you are looking for a story with a suspenseful style with an unexpected but, exciting twist, this is the book you want to read. With a theme, based on guilt the story seeks no measure of intense excitement.

A Great Book

The Tell Tale Heart is basically about a man that is a little crazy, but doesn¿t want people to think he¿s crazy. The crazy man lives with the old man in the old man¿s house. The old man has a condition that makes his eye turn a milky color and his eye scares the crazy man. The crazy man hates the eye and he says that it scares him. He says if the eye is closed then the old man can live through the night but if it¿s open, he must die. The Tell Tale Heart is a good book but it¿s kind of creepy. It has murder, a little bit of crazy, scary, and most of all suspense. I think the author¿s purpose is to say that a person shouldn¿t be treated wrong because they are different.
The man would talk to himself about nothing and he might hear voices. He would spend a hour every night at midnight opening the door to the old man¿s bedroom. He would say that if the eye is close then the old man can live through the night but if the eye is open then the old man must die. When the old man realized the man was in there he let out a shriek. The man took the mattress filled with feathers and smothered the old man until he was stone dead. Once the old man was dead, the crazy man cut the old man¿s body up in many pieces. He took the body pieces and put them under the floor boards and then the police came to the house.
This story is something a person could read if they wanted a good story. It¿s all about suspense and it will have you hanging of your seat. They would love it because it has murder and everybody likes a little murder.
This is something I call a really good story and it will have people wanting it to be a novel. Someone will love this story, it¿s just full of things that makes a person entertained.
I think this story is a GREAT story. It is very entertaining and it will make a person wanting more and more. If anybody wanted a story full of suspense and mystery, then this is the story for them. If someone was bored, this book would make them come out of their boredom. I absolutely loved this story and I would read more books if they were like this. I enjoyed this story a lot and it had me wanting more.

    The Greatest short story ever.

¿The Tell-Tale Heart¿ is about an old man and an insane man. The insane man likes the old man, but he doesn¿t like his eye. The man would go up to the old man¿s room at mid-night every night. He would see if the3 old man is awake.
In the ¿Tell-Tale Heart¿ the insane man tries to kill the old man. The man doesn¿t think he¿s insane. The insane man can only kill the old man if his eye is open. Because he thinks the eye is evil.
The plot of the story is this insane man tries to kill this old man because of his eye. The insane man can only kill the old man if his evil eye is open. The characters of the story are the old man, the insane man, the cops, and the neighbors. The theme of the story is a madness prison inside the mind. The setting of the story is at the old man¿s house.
The ¿Tell-Tale Heart¿ is a story with an old man that has an evil eye. There¿s a man that tries to kill him. He looks into the old man¿s room every night at mid-night to see if the old man¿s eye is open.
I think that it was a great story. I don¿t understand why you would kill someone over their eye. I loved the story but it didn¿t make that much since to me.

    The Courteous Heart

    The Tale Tell Heart review
The book the tell tale heart was wrote by Edgar Allen Poe. The book is a suspense horror story which is best viewed by a mature audience. Ranging from young adult to adult the book is interesting and does what it is intended to do, which is to entertain with the suspense. I think it is overall good book with a few flaws; one of the only flaws that I could fins was that the story gets a little repetitive at moments. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars.

    A Absolutely Awsome Story

The TELL TALE HEART By:Edgar Allan Poe is a crazy and awsome story. You know a author has to chose his words so carefully to fit the mood of the story, and Edgar Allan Poe chose his words in such a way that it sends pure bone chilling terror down your spine.

    Scary!

This is the first time I read a Edger Allan book and am amazed. I heard about The Tell Tale Heart from my friends and didn't believe that someone could be that good. The best time to read this book is at Holloween Night after the party.
