That Quail Robert..Heartwarming, inspiring, a tale to be enjoyed by any young child!

Oh the years have passed since I was first given this book by my grandparents, who held the beautiful Quail in high esteem, as well as beautiful Cape Cod. Such a tale is told about beautiful Robert, from how this beautiful little creature comes to be part of a human family, to the many talents Robert possessed, both human and bird-like.

If you have a child who is especially 'tuned in' to wildlife, I highly recommend this charming tale. I still have my battered copy in my library, and smile each time I thumb through the yellowed pages.
