Interesting book to read but extremely redundant with constant repetitions of the "facts" that lack critical citations or references. Highly inflated 672 pages; I'm assuming this book is selling well because of the six-figure marketing budgets from publisher and author, as well as the deep discounts. In a nutshell: it's a fun-to-read read book that's probably ghostwritten like most bestsellers these days. At least this book turns a boring weekend of logging in and out of social media aimlessly into an interesting time (relatively) well spent. I also recommend Naheed Ali's "The Obesity Reality"-- has a lot of facts that are useful for everyone.

Buy the eBook and the hardcover. The content is very interesting. Whoever the monkey is that gave the book 1-star because it wasn't available yet should find a tall bridge and jump off of it.

Excellent book, fantastic illustrations and text. I enjoyed the part about the golf swing and he has tons of great recipes. As usual Tim Ferris will push you out of your comfort zone to learn and try new things! Highly recommend this book. I would recommend the print version, the ebook is nice too, but this book is better in print due to all of the graphics.

This book proved my parents right in saying to child me, "You can be whoever you want to be." The meta-learning section of this book was very meaningful to me. The majority of society doesn't have to intensely worry about their survival day to day, especially those of us currently on this website. They aren't fighting for their lives or the fate of our existence. Everything is okay. And that brings up a new problem; what do we do with our lives? We learn, we understand, we create. And it turns out one thing worth learning and understanding is cooking. This book helped my sense of taste become high definition. I am still progressing my way through the recipes and am excited to see what I can create.

The 4-Hour Chef is a very fun book. It takes a different approach to not only cooking, but everything else that you can learn. It teaches how to learn new skills in a very quick and simple way. I thought the part of the book before the cooking was interesting and makes you think more about what we do in life. I really enjoyed the recipes in the book. They were simple but very tasty!
