I've to thank Ms. Burge for writing this book. As a person with intensity, I was diagnosed with ADHD by the doctors -- which was no more than said intensity. I didn't know at the time what it was, but after reading this book I couldn't but feel more empowered with evert page I read.

The main premise of the book are the intensities -- sensual, psychomotor, intellectual, creative, emotional -- five in all. She goes through each in detail; however I feel she can explain them better than I. Besides, by reading you'll learn more about them. That'll be a guarantee. For sure.

Now what I like most are the exercises -- especially the meditations. This should help you develop the intensities further than if you take medication (which seems more of a cry for help than a solution).

Of course... Burge doesn't consider this book as the end all to be all like religion. You still have to grow -- it's just that the book gives you s guide. Kinda like an RPG game: you have to have the right guide to win (or in the game of life -- guides).
