This book is written to be easily read and followed. While I haven't followed the plan completely, nor have I cut out the foods that cause the most problems, I have become more mindful of what I eat, how much I eat, and how quickly I eat, and already there is a big difference in how I feel! Now to cut out the coffee, soft drinks and chocolate...really not much else is off the food list. Recipes look great, as well.
