The Book That Earned the Plaudits of the Old Timers
It was not until Dick B. went to Akron, visited the archives and founding places, interviewed those who had participated in the beginnings of A.A. way back in 1931, then in 1933, and then in 1935, did the real founding of A.A. in Akron come alive. This is an easy read, an entertaining account, and a historical effort that rightly earned the applause of Dr. Bob's family, the Seiberlings, and many others. It's great. Was this review helpful?
