Highly Recommended - a new way of life/eating, not a diet.
Research-backed, clinically-proven helpful advice for anyone struggling with their weight or with food issues, and even for individuals with more severe eating disorders. Written in a very easily relatable, compassionate, understandable style. I am a counselor working with obese and over-weight individuals struggling with a variety of eating and weight-related issues like binge eating and emotional eating, and I've found these materials very helpful. One of the best ever!
I just wrote a whole review and it didn't save! I need to say that this is the best approach I've ever come across and it is revolutionary in that it teaches you to trust yourself and monitor your own appetite! I have been dealing with moderately to extremely disordered eating for twenty years but I this is the approach I will use for good.
